By using the Year in China Portal you agree that:
- The Centre for Youth Development Australia (CYDA), Institute for Social Research (ISR) at Swinburne University of Technology and our partners aim for the Year in China Portal to be a focal point for the discussion of ideas and the exchange of information of benefit to secondary schools, their students, parents and others with an interest in fostering links between Australia and China through youth exchange visits. However CYDA and ISR reserve the right to remove any material or posted message on the Year in China Portal at anytime without notification or explanation.
- In addition CYDA and ISR reserve the right to refuse access to the self publishing aspects of the Year in China website at anytime without notification or explanation.
